Sri Bhagirath Textiles Ltd, a traditional group in the textile business for over 5 decades, started as a cotton supplier and grew through backward integration into yarn and fabric manufacturing. Today they are one of the country's leading producers of yarn and fabric, synonymous with excellence in quality. With infrastructure spanning 5 units, a head office, and a central warehouse — comprising Spinning, OE, and Knitting operations with a capacity of 1 lakh spindles producing 80 tonnes of yarn per day and 50+ knitting machines producing 25 tonnes of fabric per day — they needed a single platform to unify operations, costing, production, and finance across this scale.

Bright Digi World, South India's leading Ricoh dealer, operates across 4 locations managing high-volume copier and MFP sales, per-copy billing contracts, Ricoh equipment service, and after-sales support. As an authorized Ricoh dealer, their biggest operational bottleneck was the monthly 4C (per-copy) invoice generation — calculating charges from closing meter readings for hundreds of Ricoh machines was entirely manual. Additionally, service ticket management for Ricoh equipment, spare parts tracking, sales schemes and takebacks, and CRM operations were fragmented across locations with no unified system.

Jayachandra Bearings (India) Pvt Ltd, a well-established multi-locational distributor of bearings and industrial products, needed granular control over brand-wise performance, inventory down to the bin level, complex pricelists across product lines, and seamless branch transfers. With operations spread across multiple locations and thousands of SKUs across brands, they lacked a unified system that could give them real-time visibility and integrate with their accounting platform.

The Challenge

Suryauday Spinning Mills, a 38,000-spindle unit producing 100% synthetic spun yarn in both single and multifold variants, faced challenges unique to a PSF/VSF-based operation. Unlike cotton mills, their raw material management revolves around polyester staple fibre (PSF) and viscose staple fibre (VSF) lots — tracked by denier, cut length, lustre, and supplier. With both single yarn production and TFO (Two-for-One) multifold lines running in parallel, they needed a system that could handle PSF lot blending, track single yarn as both a finished product and an intermediate input to TFO, and compute layered conversion costing from fibre to multifold cone.

A-Tex Home Collection, a leading home textile manufacturer with a 1,000-strong workforce, was operating at a scale where manual processes and disconnected systems could no longer keep up. From sales order to finished goods dispatch, every stage — planning, production, outsourcing, quality control, inventory, and finance — was managed through a patchwork of tools.
