With infrastructure spanning 5 units, a head office, and a central warehouse — comprising Spinning, OE, and Knitting operations with a capacity of 1 lakh spindles producing 80 tonnes of yarn per day and 50+ knitting machines producing 25 tonnes of fabric per day — they needed a single platform to unify operations, costing, production, and finance across this scale.
